  • A vault for each record

    Intake, progress notes and private notes open only after confirming with a passkey or the authenticator code. Clinical content is encrypted by acolá with a key of each clinic's own, on top of the provider's encryption at rest and TLS on all traffic.

  • Each role sees only what it needs

    The front desk schedules and bills but never opens clinical notes. Each record is visible only to the clinician responsible.

  • Sessions that expire

    After 15 idle minutes the record locks and asks for your code again. Switching patients locks it too.

  • AI with zero retention
